December 2024 - Arthur represented both sides of a transaction which we were a party to. He is a terrible agent and should not be trusted to sell anyone's property or assist with a home purchase. Arthur is immature and lacks basic skills required of Realtors when you are selling or buying a home. Much better options out there in South NJ. Literally pick anyone but him. If I could give 0 stars I would.
