ARTHUR HAD IT SOLD BEFORE THE OPEN HOUSE. BY THE WAY ARTHUR ALLOWED BUYER TO COME IN THE DAY BEFORE THE OPEN HOUSE. SO THIS SHOWS THAT ARTHUR WENT ABOVE AND BEHIND TO SELL MY HOME. December 2024 - Arthur represented both sides of a transaction which we were a party to. He is a terrible agent and should not be trusted to sell anyone's property or assist with a home purchase. Arthur is immature and lacks basic skills required of Realtors when you are selling or buying a home. Much better options out there in South NJ. Literally pick anyone but him. If I could give 0 stars I would.
