I wish I could not even give one star. I would not recommend Dr. Heliotis or his office. My mother recently had a phone conversation with Dr. Heliotis regarding concerns about the office staff, and the interaction was extremely disappointing. Instead of listening to her concerns and trying to resolve the issue professionally, he was rude, dismissive, and accused her of being dishonest about her previous interactions with the staff. Could not have been more pleased. Now I see where his son, who is also my doctor, gets his bedside manner from. Dr. Heliotis listened to me carefully and asked me if I had any questions several times. Highly recommend.
Dr. Heliotis is a wonderful and knowledgeable Dr. who takes time to deal with any issue and has been 100% right on all of them. I have had him for a primary care doctor for at least 30 years and always pleased. He also has a great staff!!
Dr Heliotis is the best doctor around! He’s cared for me and my family for decades.
