From the first day that I met Dr. Pallotta I had a good feeling. He was very professional. Answered all my questions and guided me back to where I needed to be. What more can a patient ask for.
Dr. Pallotta listened carefully to me making me feel both respected and comfortable. He went over my x-rays with me explaining every detail ensuring I understood what my treatment should be. Considering the reason I was there he made my visit “fun”.
I experienced new onset right wrist joint pain and swelling over a month that I thought could be gout , it was so hot and painful. I considered going to a rheumatologist, difficult to find on a Sunday. A friend said wrist, go to urgent care at Orlin & Cohen… They scheduled me that same day on a Sunday within an hour. This was not gout! The care given by PA Jenn in Merrick office was fabulous, X-rays, wrist brace, Medrol dose pack (steroid) and instructions for warm soaks and Tylenol with f/u appt to Orthopedic in 10days. Dr. Pallotta is so kind, thoughtful, and thorough. He has treated both my son and daughter for sports related injuries and they both feel so comfortable with him. He is truly the best out there!
I love visiting the facility all the doctors I’ve seen from Pallota, Keifer and Faust have always taken great care of me. I’m thankful and would recommend the facility has well as the doctors.
