RecommendedMy oldest has already been through braces with Dr. Arthur and his amazing staff. Yesterday my second child got her braces. Today (Saturday) she started complaining that it felt like a piece of metal was poking her. By dinner, she was in tears and couldn't eat. I called the office number, which had a message to call Dr. Arthur's personal cell phone. Dr. Arthur was amazing with my daughter! Coaching her through all of the options and choices throughout her orthodontist experience, and doing it all with a sense of humor .
Every time we go in we are there 10 minutes early and we always wait more than an hour. They are overbooking with limited hours. You can't change or it adds $1,500 to $2,000 for another Ortho to pick up the treatment. They have you hostage and they know it. Don't go here. We already have our other girls at another Doctor. I'm there right now. I have plenty of time to write this on my phone while I wait and wait and wait.
We love Arthur Orthodontics and highly recommend them!
We had our first appointment today with Dr. Ortiz for my son who has anxiety about dentists. They made him feel so comfortable the whole time he didn't even have the chance worry. The staff is so attentive to their patients and went above and beyond for my son who was the patient and my daughter who was waiting for him. Thank you for taking the time to focus on their needs and have the patience to take things at their pace.

I love Arthur Orthodontics!!! I have been taking my girls there for many years and we have always had wonderful experiences. Everyone is so kind and helpful from the front office all the way up to Chad and Ana. They really try to work with everyone when it comes to finding the best options financially or dealing with insurance. They have been a life saver more than once. Thanks!! You guys are the best!!!!

Our family has been going to Dr. Arthur for 6 yrs now and have been extremely pleased! He really takes the time to evaluate each individual and come up with a plan that best suites them. I would definitely recommend Arthur Orthodontics to anyone looking for orthodontic care.
