Doctors are good. However, the administration of this ORG is ABSOLUTELY horrible. I've been trying to get my medical records for literally 2 weeks. Its a road to now where. You spend hours on the phone on hold only to be told they will reach out to you, then nothing. no response. If you make a request in their portal messaging system - you will never get a response. My first appointment and had a pleasant experience with Dr. Menezes and the staff.
With a waiting area completely busy with patients of all descriptions, the staff worked well together to make an orderly scene of it all. Everyone made the best of it and we all appreciated the professionalism displayed at an extenuating time.
I saw Dr Menezes for the first time and I really like this Dr and the staff here. They are very friendly and knowledgeable
