Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? No, they are almost always unavailable

I Already Have Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

He showed up 45 minutes late for my appt., treated me without respect for my wishes, and then his office never sent me a bill. Over a year later they sent my account to collections and attempted to ruin my credit rating. Do not go to this doctor.
