Arthur Yeager is the perfect place to rent if you feel like dealing with harassment over petty shit, receiving eviction warnings over grass/snow and like living controlled. SLUM LORD, horrible in all aspects of business, the worst place ever
Rude – Unprofessional. That's all I can say.
Absolutely Terrible – Awful experience. Terrible landlord experience. Yeager's was supposed to act as go-between, but wasn't forceful about making sure landlord completed repairs (things went MONTHS either not repaired or half-repaired) and followed the law (like entering my apartment whenever he felt like it). Then charged me more than my security deposit for "damages" that were bogus, existed and noted when I moved in, things that the landlord himself did, or things I reported that landlord never fixed.
