There is no Arthur who works in this office, I'm not sure about some of these reviews but I as well as many many other people have been loyal customers for a long time. Always personable, professional and friendly service here. Highly Recommend!
This guy literally tried to get my reviews deleted about the time he ignored my request to file my taxes just because I just moved to Alaska from out of state and wasting my time when he decided to blast annoying loud music when I was talking to him about my request. Not only that but he actually decided to skip and told me to come back later. Lastly, Arthur had the audacity to give me fliers to promote to my friends and family about his shady business.
