I found Dr. Walling very personable. He fused my ankle in 2012 and I have not had any problems with it since then. After reading the bad reviews, I am astonished that they are talking about the same man who did my surgery. I live outside the US and he accomadated my traveling problems. I will be making an appointment to have my other ankle replaced soon.

Dr. Walling is a very rude dr and will dismiss any patient he doesnt feel is worth a look or feels they are a waste of his time. Went for a 2nd opinion and was told he was not choosing me as a surgical patient and to see another dr but was unwilling to state why or who to see other then i should see someone else but he wasnt telling me to see someone else. I had an ankle replacement in 2004 and was happy with the resultt and the knowledge of dr Walling and staff. I went in on a regular basis for years since it was an FDA study. Never a problem. I went back in 2016 after i injured it. WAlling was pleased to see me and my 12 year old ankle. I'm still pleased with it.
