He is so untouched with reality and being human. He has bad bed side manners. He can't tell when a patient is overwhelmed and scared. He not aware of human emotions. He thinks everything is a joke. Dr. Nam is a medical doctor who happens to have the spirit of an artist. If you happen to have the misfortune of life rearranging your face he is the doctor to work miracles with it. He is deeply compassionate and patient. You couldn’t ask for better!
Highly recommend Dr, Nurse, and Office Manager but will not be back. Desk staff are tired and worn out from helping patients to the point they have become a brick wall rather than helping a struggling patient. There were like 4 of them and I was their entertainment because I became overwhelmed with the arcadic and unnecessary paperwork in this day and age of My Chart. I would have left without seeing the Dr. had I not waited over 6 months and drove over an hour to see the Dr who my surgeon highly recommended. I guess I becam... read more
