Do not waste your time, brokers want to do the bare minimum and then do not follow up with emails- even when they initiate it. I've never seen that before. Poojan Bhavsar 1/10
Very unprofessional
Receptionists are polite and friendly. My agent I was assigned had never returned a call in the 10 years I was with this company. Every change to my policy had to be done by a different person. The only positive thing other than the polite reception, is their claims department handles their part quickly. Also waiting 2+ months to charge cancellation fees, to me seems a little unprofessional.
Poor communications. Elaborate requirements for cancelling a policy end in a policy that I didn't want cancelled for non payment and charges for a vehicle that I no longer owned. Shop elsewhere.
Absolute Garbage. They're nice when you are signing up. Customer service is trash after that. Cancelling is a nightmare. Broker doesn't respond to emails or return calls. Waiting for weeks to get an update. Avoid this company!
