Very bad company. Customer care his very worst. Nick is very bad guy no email response.
Do not waste your time, brokers want to do the bare minimum and then do not follow up with emails- even when they initiate it. I've never seen that before. Poojan Bhavsar 1/10
Very unprofessional
Receptionists are polite and friendly. My agent I was assigned had never returned a call in the 10 years I was with this company. Every change to my policy had to be done by a different person. The only positive thing other than the polite reception, is their claims department handles their part quickly. Also waiting 2+ months to charge cancellation fees, to me seems a little unprofessional.
Poor communications. Elaborate requirements for cancelling a policy end in a policy that I didn't want cancelled for non payment and charges for a vehicle that I no longer owned. Shop elsewhere.
