Last year in 2023, this insurance broker left our organisation without cover. Despite several attempts to request an invoice two months prior to the insurance renewal, no invoice was sent until after the renewal date leaving us without cover. This is just abysmal service. This year was almost a similar story, and it wasn't until several phone calls were made that an invoice was produced just prior to the policy expiration.
