They were the installer for our new home build (Antares). First night we stayed, the furnace went out. They wired the circuit board in backwards. At least that's what the tech told me. Who knows. But it took them 2 weeks to get replacement part. It was winter, luckily, we had a fireplace and its Texas, so we survived. Serviceman came out and did not do their joc. Had to call them out again because floors in 2 rooms warped. Did not have a leak before they came. Been 3 weeks. Still waiting for action to pay for floors.
