I am a colleague from Morgan Fertility in Englewood New Jersey. I find your staff extremely unhelpful. Most colleagues will help each other out by finding an appointment when referring a patient.
every time i saw Dr. Arthur Gross, he seems very dismissive, doesn't want to spend any time on me and even didn't give me chance to talk or ask any questions after i waited for him for long time. Not a good experience at all.
Dr. Gross himself is great. He’s straight to the point and doesn’t waste your time. However sometimes the people that pick up the phone can be a bit unreasonable. Dr. Gross left me a voicemail reminding me I was past due for my appt which I highly appreciated because i completely forgot. So i called and I explained to the person who answered that it was a rather an important appt, she scheduled me for January l! 5 months past due my appt.
