I WAS a new patient with Dr Fass. Visited his office on a scheduled appointment Oct 19, 2023. I had to wait approx 20 minutes past my scheduled time. Ok 1 off, I can understand that. Service was ok, not anything great. Had a follow-up appointment December. Waited 45 minutes and had to leave. As I had another appointment to be at. Get my insurance print out, it stated Dr Fass had stated I tested POSITIVE for nicotine and patient denies it. Are you serious? Yes I DENY it, as I don't SMOKE.
