Please please please considering it before you want to do any surgeries for yourself or family members ! Everything happened and I do not want to blame this doctor anymore. My mom was healthy and just had a pain symptom on her shoulder. After she came to see the doctor. He suggested my mom do the rotator cuff surgery in 45 mins and he said the surgery was above 90% success. Then, he did an another surgery with open wound for my mom at the HCA hospital. Very slow office. Unorganized. My father was scheduled at 1:30pm we arrived at 1:10pm. I though, since he was a new patient we should arrive earlier to fill out new patient forms. Well big mistake. We were called into a room at 2:23pm. There were ONLY 2 other patients in the waiting area. Insurance was verified incorrectly. Not sure why it wasn't done ahead of time, appt was made on Tuesday today is Thursday. Reception area is full of people that don't know what they are doing. I was so impressed with the service from the receptionist name Ann. The Doctor office is so busy with patients but she handles so promptly. She’s so nice, polite. She explains why it’s so busy today. To me this office will always be busy because Dr Chau is an experienced board-certified orthopedic, a top Orthopedic Surgeon and professional staff like Ann. Ann, we don’t mind to wait. We love to see your smiles and hear your voice. I appreciate your enthusiasm in the office.
