Arthur Edward’s pools has the best customer service i have ever dealt with. I bought a spa from them and any time i had a question or problem they would answer or rectify imidetly. I would never use anyone else
I spent almost one year looking at hot tubs / spas. When I decided on the Caldera Niagara, my interaction with some dealers felt like dealing with a used car salesman. Arthur Edwards installed our pool in 2019. We have been using them to open and close the pool each year and we call them whenever we have questions or problems. They are very service-oriented. Their goal is to "make the customer whole" regardless of whether they are making a sale on anything. The primary person I work with in the retail store is Brandon, but I have worked with others, including several people in the service department. They are all excellent and helpful.
