Replaced my liner last summer and it turned out great. On the second day of the project I was told my light rings were missing and I would need to purchase new ones for $300 more. After some back and forth the company made things right and the rest of the project went off without a hitch. Was not the cheapest out there, but did a good job with the liner.
I purchased this Caldera Hot Tub because of John. And I continue to do business with Arthur Edwards because of him, and the honest and professional way he runs the store. Always helpful. Just a pleasure to deal with and always resolves any issue, or answer any question I have. Jared is a real asset to the business as well and these guys make it all a worthwhile experience.
I used them last season for the first time, and my first year as an in-ground pool owner. Overall, the company is very good. Bought a hot tub from them in 2023 and I'd gladly buy from them again! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The few times I've needed service, they techs have been just as great.
