I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I think people should know about my experience. Last year, while my pool light was still under warranty, I contacted the company because it was having an intermittent issue. A technician came to my house, but nothing was done to fix the problem, and the issue continued. Now that the warranty has expired, I called them again about the exact same problem. Replaced my liner last summer and it turned out great. On the second day of the project I was told my light rings were missing and I would need to purchase new ones for $300 more. After some back and forth the company made things right and the rest of the project went off without a hitch. Was not the cheapest out there, but did a good job with the liner.

I purchased this Caldera Hot Tub because of John. And I continue to do business with Arthur Edwards because of him, and the honest and professional way he runs the store. Always helpful. Just a pleasure to deal with and always resolves any issue, or answer any question I have. Jared is a real asset to the business as well and these guys make it all a worthwhile experience.

I used them last season for the first time, and my first year as an in-ground pool owner. Overall, the company is very good. I’m having my liner replaced this year by them, which lets you know that I still have faith in this company. One true factor that really brings up the company’s rating is Brenden Short.
