Great experience at the clinic. Right from walking into the clinic to the end of my appointment was epic. Doctor and Nurses take their time to listen to you attend to you and answer your questions Professionalism and efficiency are on point. I would recommend to everyone
Amazing staff, helpful, never rushed. Dr Artuhur took all the time needed to onboard me. I feel like I have a clear path on next steps and follow ups. Also, a huge perk that labs are done on site. It saves a lot of time and hassle.
I visited this medical clinic today and was quite disappointed with the experience. The front desk lady had an attitude and was not polite, which made the visit uncomfortable. Good service starts with how patients are treated when they walk in, and unfortunately, that was missing here. Because of this, they lost business from two people today. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the front desk experience.
I had a great experience here today! The staff and doctors at this facility were so wonderful. They were so friendly, comforting, and genuinely nice! The nurses and Dr. Arthur provided excellent care. Arthur Direct Care will definitely have a spot in my heart due to their compassion and care. I highly recommend keeping this facility in mind should you need care!
This office is great. The staff are knowledgeable, kind and pretty funny. They really make you feel at home. The doctor is fantastic. I highly recommend this office
