I had a very positive experience with Arthur Direct Care- RR location. They were responsive, offered timely appointment slots, and stayed on top of follow-ups. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Arthur Direct Care for their excellent service and patient care.
Great experience at the clinic. Right from walking into the clinic to the end of my appointment was epic. Doctor and Nurses take their time to listen to you attend to you and answer your questions Professionalism and efficiency are on point. I would recommend to everyone
I had an excellent annual checkup experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The doctor took time to explain all the tests in detail, walked me through what was needed, and even provided thoughtful suggestions for additional health screenings. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive they were. Highly recommended
My experience at Arthur Direct Care has been excellent. Everyone is extremely kind, professional, and attentive. I especially want to recognize Liz, who is incredibly kind, efficient, and always makes the process smooth and comfortable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out. We had a 3 PM appointment today. We knew we would be about five minutes late, so we tried to call the clinic while we were on the way. No one answered our calls. At 3 PM, my husband finally got through, but the staff member put the call on hold and then disconnected without listening. We tried calling again, but no one answered until we reached the clinic.
