ARTHUR DINGLEY, JP, MD ~ it "looks" as if he is listening, but he does not. not one bit. i have had i interactions with him for 3+ years now, and in dealing with Dingley i have felt from day ONE that i've had to FIGHT for my mental health. hence, i will now be seeing someone else... someone who CARES and actually LISTENS to what you are saying. he has an enormous ego (better and smarter than you) and can be very pompous at times, which as i'm sure yop know is VERY annoying. this my opinion, you've been advised/warned.
