The staff have always been kind and understanding with me. I never feel rushed.
Showed up with my wife for a 11a appointment, it's currently 12:15p. What's the point of making the appointment? Also, how is this place 2 stars if there are only 1 star reviews in Google? I have to show up with my wife due to her anxiety dealing with the staff here. I don't see an issue with the staff but I also don't appreciate showing up 5 minutes early for an appointment to be parked for now than an hour... Place is a joke
Missed one appointment and the psychiatrist I have been comfortable with since my mom left me at 16 I’m not allowed to see until I go to a “hearing” and explain why I wasn’t there for that one appointment. Completely unprofessional for a mental health office that has patients with depression causing them to sometimes miss an appointment or two.
