I had a terrible experience with Dr. Rosemblum, who was my urologist for several years. Firstly, it is absolutely impossible to talk or message any medical staff of Dr. Rosemblum's office (I am not talking about Dr. Rosenblum himself, but at least, one of the practitioner nurses). The admin staff does a complete barrage. Second, I was (and still am) in serious pain for a minor urinary infection. Medical malpractice. After 4 visits of the same questions and tests I had no diagnosis or remedy. They're answer was schedule another appointment and collect more $ from Medicare and my supplemental insurance.

I found Callie, my doctor, and the woman who performed my Ultra -sound friendly. Everyone else I encountered wasn't friendly or professional at all. I was told to go sit at check out until it was my turn to have my blood drawn. When I sat down I was ordered to go sit in the other chair and no reason was given. She could have simply asked (sir do you mind moving to the other chair) It was handled in a very disrespectful manner. No sense of customer service or hospitality. I had a procedure at Tucson Urology Center recently with Dr. Levin. Dr. Levin has been my urologist for the past 2 years after moving to Sahuarita from Kansas. It is reassuring when you can trust your doctor. I was also impressed with Jocelyn at the front desk. She was welcoming and friendly. Jessica, Dr. Levin's nurse / medical assistant, was phenomenal and probably the best nurse I have ever dealt with. They all made it a pleasant experience for me. My only issue is I won't see Dr. Levin for a year!

I had a PAE procedure in January 2024 performed by Dr. Cornejo. My only regret is I'd not had it done sooner, but I'm thankful I waited to have it done by Dr. Cornejo. I'd been experiencing frequent nighttime awakenings as well as need to use the bathroom often throughout the day, occasionally accompanied by alarming incidents of blood in my urine.
