Been going to Dr. Canales for over a year. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I never have an issue getting an appointment especially last minute.
The staff is completely incompetent. They can't get a script to the lab or even add it to the portal. They would not give me a mamo script and wanted me to make another appointment to get that script. Disgusting how I was treated here and I will report to all applicable agencies.
The office has turned for the worst. Hard to get appointments when sick. Cancelled my appointment less than a hour for when scheduled.
Still wouldn't recommend🤷🏼♀️
