I treat every one of my patients as an individual who has unique concerns and questions. I educate them about their condition so that they can make truly informed decisions about their treatment. I take a conservative approach, which means I don't automatically recommend surgery. When appropriate, I strive to help my patients get better without surgery. If an operation is necessary, I am able to offer patients the latest technology, and the most minimally invasive surgical options, to insure the highest quality of care. In s... read more

Dr. Arand did back surgery on me. I recommend him 100%.
I had researched Dr. Arrand so I was aware of his brilliance in neurosurgery. What I was not prepared for was the humility I found in him. Personable yet professional. I was at ease as soon as he explained my condition and surgical procedure. He answered questions and concerns very well. His practice is nothing short of outstanding. Excellent staff that are kind and knowledgeable. They made themselves available to me prior to, during and after my procedure. I had a fall immediately before my first visit with Dana who by the ... read more
Wasted my time and gave no concrete answers for my pain and inability to walk normally. Pathetic!
I really liked him. I’ll feel like I’m in good hands with him performing cervical spine surgery on me!!
Dr. Arand has performed laminectomy/lumbar decompression in 2016. Also performed spinal fusion in 2020. He and everyone on staff always took time to answer any questions I had. Dr. Arand was very competent. The people at the surgery center were fantastic. Both surgeries went very well.
Follow up for back surgery Great place and great doctor
Had surgery Mid March 2007, should have died after surgery performed by Dr Armand. Had a reaction to a sponge placed in a cage in my neck an lost airway was rushed to Christ hospital where they saved my life. After 2 collapsed lungs, a tracheotomy placed an 10 days in ICU, 3 days which was on ventilator. So much for a simple surgery. After all pain is worse today then was prior, his words I can make you better echo still today. Glad to be alive but because of pain had to quit working at 46 an go on disability. Thanks for not... read more
Tough to give a real review since I never got in to see him. I have Central Cord Syndrome and needed to refill my RX. They sent me for an MRI which I have no idea why. He then reads the MRI and refers me to a Physiatrist. I never in to discuss my issues with Dr. Arand which was my goal. I already have a Physiatrist. Why would I want to see another to explain my history again? Very frustrating.
Had surgery 3 weeks ago was told should have immediate relief and I received nothing of the sort was told this guy had good bedside manner I don't even remember seeing him at my bedside
