I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. The wait is alway so long, I wonder sometimes if the office even knows I'm there! Their office equipment was in good shape and looked current. The staff was friendly enough. I went many years. One of the nurses was quite patronizing at best. And I went there explicitly because they were all 'supposed to be Osteopaths'? Hardly. Good family Dr. Now she's 'supposed to be 'Neuromuscular'? Hang it up DR! Don't you take oath 'first, do no harm'?... read more

Typical Soviet style front office staff with impersonal Jersey cs. Called to make an apt for an existing patient and was told flat out by Natasha that there is availability ("possible emergency? serious case? I suggest you go to the hospital") without trying for a minute to find out the patient's name, the nature of the problem or trying to arrange anything to help. Basically, trying to get you off the phone under 2 minutes (and succeeding.) I've worked in the medical office in Manhattan and we were booked at least 3 weeks i... read more
