RecommendedFront desk. Doctors. Physical therapist. Everyone is so kind and understanding. Everyone really takes each patients case/injury and really helps them to get better. PT is no joke-it hurts but in a good way. I preferr the south riding location because it is a smaller office and more intimate. I don’t feel rushed during my appts. Dr. Goodwin has wonderful bedside manner and is a fantastic doctor. I’m excited to continue and finish PT. thank you arthritis and sports orthopaedics.

We picked this place by a Google chance and because it was near the house after I fell and broke my tibia. The entire staff is nice, kind and efficient. I wasn't very pleasant on my first visit (see broken tibia <1st time I broke a bone in my 50 years on earth>). I am never kept waiting. I like that the doctors review the CDs and files prior to visits. Very happy we took a chance on them after our Google search.
I was late to one appointment, explained the reason and still got charged $100, While I tried to work with them on this charge I still got slapped with 44 more dollars for late payment. The worst part? They did nothing for me, the visits are 15 min. TOPS!!! although the doctor was nice, the service felt like a rolling door of cattle. NOT COMING BACK....
NO WAY, WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS OFFICE. 2pm appointment, got there at 1:45pm, taken back to the room at 1:55pm waited until 2:45pm before the doctor came in to tell me he couldn’t help me with my injury. It took Dr. Goodwin about 2 minutes but his office will bill my insurance company for $252.00 plus my co-pay. When I questioned The office manager Leigh she was rude & unprofessional. I will not go back to them for anything even though they’re in the neighborhood.
My son's pediatrician referred us to Arthritis & Sports this morning. We went straight to their office (w/o an appointment) and they fit us in 15 minutes later. The staff was very friendly but it was Dr. David Goodwin's professionalism and expertise that blew us away. He's thorough, concise and we appreciated his straightforward manner. Although I hope we don't have to return on a regular basis, I highly recommend this office and doctor!
Megan is the best. she is really good and is Very nice. She has worked with my arm and each time I leave oh my does it feel better. If I need to go again it will be with her. A+++++ Bella her helper is very good and very nice to.
