I went to get a long awaited medical massage from Lori today and she was very professional and empathetic. My Aid and I went out to schedule more sessions. That's where things fell apart. Two "girls " at the desk were busy with personal conversation and didn't want to be bothered helping a patient hanging on a rollater in severe pain get scheduled. Fantastic dedicated PTs!
I have been a 2x patient at Arthritis & Sports - herniated disc and torn bicep tendon. The doctors and PT have helped me avoid surgery and put me on the road to recovery. The recommendation to do PT was novel to me but the results have been fantastic. I especially want to call our Howie for hand therapy. He is highly competent, empathetic and energetic. Very caring and friendly service from entire staff.
Never have to wait in the waiting room it’s a well oiled machine just keeps moving. I’ve been there at opening and late in the day very good service
Very quick yet thorough appointment.
