Good and helpful
I waited multiple months for an appointment I was very much looking forward to. I can understand that with a specialist, but what really got me was the absolutely horrible bedside manner of my provider. He came in, gave me some difficult to process information, and when I had questions he told me I could “read about it.” I kept trying to push back and he continued to tell me to go read about it and decide what I wanted to do. The new office in Idaho Falls on Sunnyside is fantastic! It’s in a convenient location, easy to find, with plenty of parking. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. My wait time was very short, and the staff were all extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
I have been coming here for years and I love the personalized treatment. They remember me every time and really seem to care. And they celebrate my accomplishments with me. I would definitely recommend arthritis specialty center to anyone!
