I had the unfortunate experience of having a telephone call with this doctor two years ago. She didn’t run any tests or anything. She told me over the teleconference call that I didn’t need her help and there was nothing she could do for me. I called back because I didn’t know which direction to go since my primary doctor said that I needed to see a rheumatologist. Her nurse was very short with me and very nasty. It was very convenient having a virtual appointment due to the pandemic, that’s why I gave 1 star. But I do not recommend this place for first time customers. I feel that you should see a doctor face to face and get a real exam in order to get a true diagnosis. They need to be able to look at your joints and skin in person. One star is generous. She WAS dismissive, rude, no sense of humor, or even personality for that matter. Didn't seem to care to be honest. I've been waiting for this appointment for years really. I finally got insurance and desperately need help with my lupus and CRPS. I'm loosing my vision, now legally blind, loosing my hearing, now have hearing aides, had a stroke, tremors so bad can barely walk or talk. She wouldn't even listen to my medical history and told me wrong information that I knew was incorrect, even as a paitent... read more
