Would be nice if this establishment decided to pick up the phone. I’ve been calling for over a week. Nobody answers the phone. It keeps going to voicemail. Terrible practice.
Aaron Cohen, PA, was very attuned to my condition and explained in great detail my treatment options. He carefully went over the pros and cons of each, and projected outcomes.
Dr Greer is incredible. He is very busy I'm sure. But, when he comes in the room with a patient, you'd never know. He listens, explains and he guides. He always has good advice. He truly cares for his patients. I'm a bit sad to read some of the bad reviews left for the office. I've never seen anything like the negative things others have described. Krissie is also grrrrreat! I've been going here for many years. I can only say good things about everyone I've dealt with.

Negligence, Retaliation, and Unsafe Care I want to warn others about this practice and staff — Dr. Quintero, nurse Gloria, office manager Marta, and administrator April. Their handling of my care has been negligent, unsafe, and at times felt retaliatory simply because I advocated for myself. They waited three weeks just to submit my prescribed medication, then submitted it incorrectly (without a delivery address).
