I am not the type to post bad reviews and truly understand and respects the medical field and their employees. However, I felt I have been disrecpected and mistreated by this office several times. On 6/2/25, I showed up for my appointment to receive my Prolia injection. This is a medication that was shipped to their office and needs to be refrigerated. This office has been spectacular. My care from Dr. Quintero has been great. I also wanted to point out their great nurse Gloria Sotto. She has gone above and beyond for me. I live over 1 hr. away from the office, with that said, she went above and beyond and met up with me during her lunch hour to give me a sample of a biologic. She also took the time to show me how to apply the sample. Gloria has also been working hard with my insurance company to get my prescription approved. Great staff and I highly recommend them.
Tamika was so accommodating to squeeze my mother in for a same day appt. Aaron PA took excellent care of her, drained her knee of what seemed like a gallon of fluid and gave her an injection. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is so gentle.... Tamika is very caring and knowledgeable... I'm so thankful to have found this practice <3
I have been a patient at this office for a number of years. Dr Quintero is great and her staff is nice and accommodating. The infusion nurses are amazing. Ashley and Alexis make what would normally be a stressful monthly appointment relaxing and fun.
The secretary for Dr. Garcia was so kind and personable when I came in. Tamika was so sweet. She even had follow-up questions about some things I had mentioned in passing, I know she was truly listening and cared.
