I have been strugling for 2 years with some out of the blue arthritic pain and was having a hard time with doctors trying to pin point it. Untill my awesome PCP, Dr Meena Meka referred me to, Dr Purva S. Chhibar. Her nurse pracitioner got me right in set the stage if you will for the Rheumatologist Dr Chhibar who new right were to examine me and allready had a perscription plan to verify my condition on my first visit. The most unprofessional staff I have ever ever ever had to experience! They tell me that there’s an issue with billing and that I should go to that suite. When I get there and explain it seemed that no one knew what I was talking about. Finally I spoke with the office manager and she has no clue to what I was talking about. Very upset with this place, first of all Dr. Chibbar was excellent she treat me with respect listen to me as a patient, but she left the new dr they gave me is a person that she doesnt even read my chart to start when i ask her for pain meds she told me ask your pain management dr, i dont have one i told her this is where they give the meds she says i dont like giving that type of meds she goes to the computer and sees that her boss is the one who gave me the medication to me thats unprofessional because if she would have re... read more
