This was my Dad's second time to visit Dr. Kimbrough. He and his staff are very kind and caring. We like that the Dr. is very thorough asking questions and examining his skin and bone joints. The location is great as well, easy on and off the freeway. The infusion center staff are a great bunch of ladies and he gets in out in less than 45 minutes. The treatments have given him so much relief from his painful arthritis. He just turned 89 and he is so thrilled and wishes he would have seen a specialist years ago.
I appreciate this clinic very much. From the front desk staff, to the nursing staff, to the phlebotomists (lab draw ladies), to the back office patient advocates, to the Advanced Practice Providers, and the physician, they are all kind, caring, patient, efficient, and work to make you feel supported and educated in the wellness journey. I am forever grateful for the work they do and helping me to get my life back after a very severe, debilitating autoimmune flare.
Office Staff: They are good at their jobs. They are competent, efficient, and quick. Regarding the 'they were mean to me' comments, I don't get it. I'm not looking for a new friend, I'm looking for professionals. And they are. People that know their job and take care of business. When I call, there is no passing my call around, they get my appt/ prescrip/ issues taken care of immediately. If I call after hours, I get called back.
