fabulous staff, they all care
This new doctor is horrible as the well as the administration. I would not recommend them we are going to start looking for a new doctor. We needed a letter from them they wanted to charge seventy five dollars for a two sentence letter. My wife has been going there for 4 or 5 years, with Dr. Fung was always a attentive and the staff was helpful as some of them still are. This practice has gone downhill.
The staff here are great. They treat everyone in a very professional manner. Timely responses to inquiries are the norm. Would highly recommend.
Front Desk customer service very poor: Today would have been my 2 visit to this office, but because I had $130 balance (after my insurance was billed and they were paid the majority of the fee) I was denied healthcare services. I was not aware of this balance and offered to pay something towards it, but was told that this was my deductible after my first visit, which I understood, but like I said I was not made aware that if I had a balance that I could not be seen.
