Everyone had a professional and polite attitude. Dr Mansoor is extremely knowledgeable in the field of rheumatology. Go in for a visit. He's one of the good ones.
Calls are not answered. You will get an answering machine. The Richmond office is a rotating door, meaning, one patient after another , after another, like an assembly line just keeping it moving. I never saw the actual doctor that was listed on my appointment reminders and hopefully 1 was not falsely billed for seeing the actual Doctor. I saw his staff.
