I am very thankful for the care I have received at Arthritis Northwest. I have been going to their office and Dr. Coan for around a year. I can still remember what he told me when I first came to his office, which was that he would help me feel a lot better. My life has gotten so much better since I started going to this office. The Doctors and their staff are caring and do everything they can for their patients. One needed improvement is automatic door openers to facilitate entering for patients using walkers and wheelchairs.

Someone tell me the secret about how to get an appointment, or maybe I don't want one. My Np referred me to Arthritis Northwest some time ago. I was told to call when I didn't hear from them. I filled the paper work out and they said they got it and it would be called. My NP Nurse called, and was told I would be called the next day. Its 2 days now and no call. If they don't want to see me I should take the hint and look else where. I have suffered since Jan. with hands I can't close, pain in a number joints. and May is almo... read more
I really Appreciate Doctor Coan. He is a very caring person and explains what kind of treatments are available. I had no idea how much lab work was involved, but I want to feel well soon. Everyone who has helped me in the office from check in to lab and x-ray have been very pleasant. Thanks for all you do.
