I’d give zero stars if I could :) The doctor is rude and incompetent. She is very unhelpful and does not provide adequate service to clients. In a phone call with my mother, she was very rude and dismissive. She told my mother that she had not diagnosed her with medical problems that were clearly diagnosed by. She became perturbed and cancelled my mother’s follow up appointment because she had been proven wrong. This doctor is all ego, not helpful, and SHOULD NOT be practicing. Please steer clear! Dr. Mallepalli does not have the greatest bedside manner and she hardly even touches you but her nurses are great! Mallepalli always comments about my weight and to me, that is very disrespectful! It's not always weight-related!
