I've been suffering with arthritis in my left knee since...well, forever. I don't ever remember not having pain. I finally decided to do something about it and so I got a cortisone shot today at Arthritis Consultants. They were super fast, attentive and answered all my questions. And, my knee stopped hurting by the time I got out to my car! I would do a happy dance, but I'd fall down and break something!
In a time of MACRA and Quality Care, you'd think the customer service would be more important.
