staff is always very rude by phone. Not helpful at all.
It's been a few yrs since I've seen her but after only 3 appointments I just could not continue with her. For the first appt I went into the office. Upon leaving, I stopped at the checkout. Pd my copay and got some paperwork from staff. Well this is where staff failed and apparently did not give me ALL the paperwork I needed. My 2nd appt was through telehealth. I waited forever.
