I've been there three times. She gave me the wrong diagnosis and is the most unprofessional medical personnel I have seen. I have never had a Dr. be so hostile, apathetic, and indifferent towards my concerns. Visit #1: I was told it would be a long visit long-- at least two hours-- because there were lots of tests and stuff she'd need to do. I am begging my doctor for a referral to a different Arthritis Clinic. I literally got yelled at by the woman trying to schedule appointments because I left two voicemails and asked why they hadn't called to make my appointment. I was told we don't do that within the first week of the referral due to our office policies and then she stated I would not even be seen till the end of July regardless of my disease progression and the aggressiveness it is attacking my body. Doctor is ok but her staff is rude! Showed up with my husband the door was locked but are supposed to be open at 7:30. So i knocked on the door the lady that came to the door was very rude. And wont let us in till 8:45 the time of the visit! So ok i get it if theres an issue but dont come at me being an asshole explain things with out being cocky and all pissy.
staff is always very rude by phone. Not helpful at all.
