Took forever to get appointment, then they canceled due to doctor's schedule. Rescheduled another month out. I was late 10 minutes, their policy is to cancel. No issue with the policy fair enough as I was late. Then they tell me that Dr. Rook said to reschedule you in 3 MONTHS! Mind you I have already been waiting for months to get this appointment. I should not have been late but I have a job and things happen. Rude staff. Not accommodating. Do not put patient care first. I will not be going back.
RecommendedDr. Rook is the best doctor I have come into contact with. I live in Montrose, and drive to Fruita to receive care from her. She is a very compassionate doctor, who cares about her patients well being.
I love Dr Cappiello and Eve and the ladies in the infusion clinic. Everyone is so nice. Very comforting.
Dr Mears is absolutely wonderful!
