My experience was great all around! Dr. Gavin is amazing and one of the most thorough and smartest doctors I've ever seen.
I’ve been burned by Family health West before. They juggled me around from doctor to doctor and no one ever took me seriously or cared. Finally my pcp at Grand Valley Primary Health referred me to rheumatologist. I waited months to see Dr. Gavin thinking I’d get the same level of care as the general practitioner’s side gave me. FHW Rheumatology provides great care. Dr. Gavin takes the time to explain issues and the plan for your care. He is knowledgable, a great communicator, and responds quickly to questions via the patient portal. Highly recommended.
Very friendly and kind office staff. Dr. Gavin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my condition and explained it very thoroughly. I would highly recommend him to any looking for a rheumatologist.
