I have been to many gastroenterologist in many States and Dr. Gavin has been the best by far. He takes time to listen and is on top of his profession. The staff and front office processes are spot on. They go the extra mile to make sure every lab or concern are handled. I would recommend this practice to all of my friends and family.
I arrived before appointment time but after check-in time. No one else was waiting. They were so kind and helpful. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The MA who took me back was friendly and efficient. Dr. Gavin was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to take care of my complaints. He did say “EXERCISE” my shoulder but I was very impressed with the total care. I have been a nurse for 48 years+ and every facility is not so professional. Thank you to them!

I’ve been burned by Family health West before. They juggled me around from doctor to doctor and no one ever took me seriously or cared. Finally my pcp at Grand Valley Primary Health referred me to rheumatologist. I waited months to see Dr. Gavin thinking I’d get the same level of care as the general practitioner’s side gave me.
