Great people and great doctor at this office. Everything you need is processed immediately. They answer any and all messages you leave within 24 hours. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved within the same day. The doctor try's new medications if one doesn't work and addresses any and all problems immediately. I have been a patient here for over two years and I am grateful for such excellent care!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed for almost 5 years now. I considered him very knowledgeable of my treatment, complaints, issues, and me as a patient, not just another number. He speaks little and at first I was surprised and confused; however on my first appt. I mentioned "I am afraid of needles." and when the time came to change my tx plan,3 yrs later, he remembered that, and he was concerned about me & needles. I have been going to the arthritis center for a short time now, a little under a year. I feel comfortable and very satisfied with Dr.Ahmed, the medications and the treatment plan. I also receive wonderful care from the secretaries. The front desk girls are friendly, helpful and efficient. I do however have a serious issue with Joanne, the office Medical Assistant I have rheumatoid arthritis, and other forms osteoarthritis, as well as many other painful bone and joint issues.
