Helpful, Dr Huyck is a good Dr and there is friendly staff. I recommend this practice.
I was referred to this doctor by my p.cp. Upon returning a phone call from their office to make an appointment or to schedule an appointment. I was told that my insurance was not accepted at their office. However, I said I'm willing to be selfpaid. The receptionist or scheduler then said that she's not sure that I can do that. Barbara is the BEST. Recently I was in for check-up. Mentioned a diabetes med I was out of. She called around, located it, I am so thankful. Give that girl a star!
Dr are great ,but office management and reception are terrible to deal with . Everyone of them tells a different story . Leah hangs up on people ,she stucks her teeth. Very very unprofessional. I will be going to a higher lever . I don’t know what’s wrong with people these days . They feel untitled or something . The way they speak to people are insane . I will be writing corporate.
