I absolutely love the staff. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. Sometimes I barely have time to take a seat after checking in and they are already calling me to go back the the examining room . I adore Dr. Rosenberg. He is the kindest and most gentle dr. I have ever been to. i have been seeing him for many years, and my mother saw him for years before that. Never have had an issue with them. They are great!!
Super disappointed! Cancelled my appointment because I was 10 minutes late due to traffic. I travel from corpus to this place. That front office needs to learn some human decency and customer service.

RecommendedDr Roldan is the best rheumatoid doctor in SA!! The girls at the desk are great. They are super friendly, always have my paperwork ready. They know in advance how much my visit is. They don’t ask for a copy of my ID and insurance every time I go in. They have a copy and ask if there are any changes ..... and that’s it. It’s so refreshing. I’m also seen sometimes before I can get comfortable in my chair. Dr Roldan is a true gem!!

My name is now Elizabeth Schumann. According to my IPhone I callled Arthritis Associates 8X yesterday. (Friday). I had swollen and painful and very worrisome lymph nodes and I wanted to know if I should continue with meds (trial). This was a call immediately side effect listed on the drug information. I could not get an answer form my doctor or the office. Nurse called back 1x and promised a call back... but she did not. I asked if I needed to follow up with PCP. No response. Very poor.
Dr. Wickersham listens to me, is very helpful with all my concerns, and is open to alternative as well as traditional medications. I have felt a LOT better since I have been seeing him!
Dr. Wickersham is a very caring and knowledgable doctor. Thank you for your help in diagnosing connective tissue disease after the diagnosis was missed by another physician. I'm feeling better every day after seeing Dr. Wickersham!
