I was referred here. I received a letter for a response. The letter said they reviewed my records and these records didn't support the need for me to be seen by them. It said if I could supply any other medical records it could be reconsidered. I was hospitalized several times this past year due to side effects of a infusion therapy program. I was previously seeing a different rheumatologist with no issues for over 5 years. Due to my rheumatologist going out of network I decided to try Penn Medicine since they were located closer to me. In the beginning I was informed there should be no problem transferring me over. I was then dismissed by the next person I spoke to who told me lots of people are on the waitlist.
