Despite other negative reviews, I have not had any issues with my care team. I’ve been seeing a physician here for over 4 years and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. It did take months to be seen but the team is nothing but professional and caring.
Don't answer phones
I have been going to LGH for my whole life and this appointment/practice was so disappointing and unprofessional. I waited months to get the appointment and was belittled and not taken seriously. I would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone. I left feeling more pain due to the stress that was caused during the appointment. 28 years living with lupus (diagnosed age 12) - this rheumatologist had zero bedside manner, spoke down to me and dismissed my concerns- it was in my head and I should lose weight (I’m not overweight). MRI ordered by my GP showed CLEAR reason for the significant pain I’m experiencing in my spine. Finally switching to UPMC and hoping for a better experience. Do not waste time here. They need to evaluate this department.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The Indian doctor, Sandhya A is the worst doctor you could ever have. She laughs at her patients and their misery. As a doctor she is supposed to console and help her patients, not make their life worse. Please get her out of this place!
