I was previously seeing a different rheumatologist with no issues for over 5 years. Due to my rheumatologist going out of network I decided to try Penn Medicine since they were located closer to me. In the beginning I was informed there should be no problem transferring me over. I was then dismissed by the next person I spoke to who told me lots of people are on the waitlist. Cannot believe all the negative comments. I have been going for several years and have had nothing but positive results with my care team and staff. They have always been professional attentive and polite. I highly recommend.
They will not make an appointment for my daughter. They said they don't have enough drs but they have 9 LISTED ! They said they will do an e-visit with her primary Doctor and then decide if she needs any help. All her Doctors said she needs to be seen because she is in PAIN ! THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE !!!!!!
Despite other negative reviews, I have not had any issues with my care team. I’ve been seeing a physician here for over 4 years and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. It did take months to be seen but the team is nothing but professional and caring.
