I called three times to make an appointment. They hung up on me twice. The one time I got through they told me they would call back and didn't. I spent two hours on the phone just trying to get an appointment.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to make an appointment here. The people who answer the phones are incompetent!
Dr. P is a very thorough physician and I enjoy seeing her, unlike some doctors. She really cares about her patients and listens to them even if they can’t explain things correctly. She always asks the right questions to get to the answers. She is wonderful!
I have been trying to make an appointment here for almost a month. It has been a back and forth of phone calls. First saying they had not recieved my referral, then they did not have my insurance, then they stated that my insurance was HMO and not accepted. I know that my insurance is PPO so they required me to call my insurance to confirm and then send them my insurance cards again.
