My wife I and have both found ARA’s Dr. Daniel El-Bogdadi to be excellent. All the ARA staff with whom we’ve interacted at their Fairfax VA office are pleasant and helpful. Dr. El-Bogdadi spends the necessary time with his patients.
Tranquil well-managed reception area. Actual visit with Dr. Peng was thorough and calm. He is truly concerned about me.
I thought Dr. Thomas was excellent. The rest of the experience not so good. I filled out everything in advance and got there 30 minutes early. The young man at the desk was not in the least cordial. As I walked up to check in, he hardly looked up and said, “Your name?” I then sat in the lobby for maybe 40 minutes and watched probably 15 people who came in after me be called back before. Dr. Ahn has been very helpful. She was able to identify an issue that THREE other doctors could not for over 5 years! She's a great listener, VERY thorough, absolutely brilliant, and has exceptional "bedside" manners. I'm completely confident in her diagnosis, and look forward to getting on the road to recovery
