The office called me on June 8, 2021 asking where my blook work was for my upcoming visit. 'Send me the orders' I told them, and I will have it done. I received the blook work orders on June 12. I went to have the blood work and urine work done June 13. Upon sitting in the lab office, with a urine specimen and my orders, the receptionist says.....'these orders expired on June 8'. WHAT?
