OLD: If you get lucky, you just might actually see your doctor (Chou). Its hard enough to get an appt, seeing how every appt is reacheduled at least once cuz this Dr is NEVER inn, but then to be told AT your appt "the doctor's not here today" then have to deal with the nurses everytime that are just there to do what their told, limited and can't actually help with real issues. Also, they can do a better job with the damn front desk and customer service.. just made things worse after you're already frustrated. "Unprofessional... read more
The hours on here are not correct, the workers at office will tell you they close at 2:30pm and the workers on the phone say 3:00pm. The hours shown on here says 3:30pm so I went since I was ONLY picking up a form & I did not have a fee and the worker I encountered told me they closed at 2:30pm, she was a Hispanic or Asian (LAB) worker it was 3:06pm and i obviously didn’t make it because the hours shown on here are PHONE hours, however she had not a single ounce of empathy and told me to return the next day.
