The care that doctors provide is great, but the front office staff is very rude.The first time I went, the woman who checked me in was very condescending and borderline hostile. I recently had to call to resolve a billing issue and the woman on the phone was more concerned with figuring out who spilled curry in the microwave than helping me resolve my issue.

I visited the Greenbelt office, from signing in to the medical technician. Everyone greeted me professionally, and very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Dr. Maria Chou, she was very detailed, knowledgeable, and experience dealing with my issues. I am pleased. With my first time visit and I will recommend and return again.

I had a great experience from the front desk to Joselyn, Dr. Thomas’ medical assistant to the doctor giving me injections for relief for my shoulder and hip bursitis. I highly recommend Arthritis and Pain Associates. Great doctors and staff. Very caring
