The billing department in this facility is absolutely unprofessional. The Drs.and front end staff has always been very professional. I went to a visit after changing drs. within the facility bc I was tired of waiting to be seen bc I too have a job and this particular dr. Always had me waiting. I requested a different Dr. since I called 2 hours b4 my appt. Bc I was sick. They charged me 75$ which I paid. Asked if the new Dr was in network and he was they said. Rudest people.
This was a terrible experience for me. I was treated with indifference and witnessed much disorganization. And the Billing Department continually issued inaccurate statements. I hate to give any organization a bad review so please read my comments as strictly limited to my experience.
