At first, it was a wonderful experience. The doctor was open to discussing my concerns and willing to be open to discussing my options. I got blood drawn, x-rays complete in house. I got the results two days later and I received no response. I had to call two times for information over a span of three weeks. I got a follow-up appointment and that was how I was able to receive referrals for an MRI. The billing department in this facility is absolutely unprofessional. The Drs.and front end staff has always been very professional. I went to a visit after changing drs. within the facility bc I was tired of waiting to be seen bc I too have a job and this particular dr. Always had me waiting. I requested a different Dr. since I called 2 hours b4 my appt. Bc I was sick. They charged me 75$ which I paid. Asked if the new Dr was in network and he was they said.
