I had a great experience with Mike at Arthouse Tattoo. I went in with maybe 20% of an idea of what I wanted, but I knew I had found an artist whose style I loved and whose work I could trust. From there, I let Mike take the lead, and every creative decision he made turned out better than anything I could have dreamed up myself. The entire experience was fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re considering a large custom piece and want an artist you can trust to bring it to life, I can’t recommend Mike ... read more

I had an awesome experience getting my tattoo from Mike! From start to finish, Mike was professional, easy to work with, and really took the time to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail and understanding of Japanese tattoo style really stood out, and the finished piece came out better than I could have imagined.

My dad, who love Norse mythology, passed in May. I reached out to Mike wanting a wolf tattoo with a Norse theme. He had already tattooed my other calf with a raven and sword. His tattoos are truly amazing. The wolf tattoo was exactly want I wanted to honor my dad “fadir”. I know he loves it. Thank you Mike! Best wishes to you!

From the consultation, to the sessions, Mike is definitely a great artist to work with. Extremely excited how my Japanese sleeve came out with it being a double cover up. Can’t wait to get more work done from Mike!

You want to work with a real artist, work with Mike. If you want a yes man who provides little to no thought into placement, design or craft go somewhere else. Mike created a beautiful full chest piece that tells a story; his work is not a static image, it's best described as a photograph of an active scene. That is the level of expertise you get when working with him. He also seamlessly covered up my old surgical scars. His understanding of the body as a canvas exceeded my expectations.
