Very thorough, professional, and took time to answer all my questions. My wife had a colonoscopy last year and she did a great job.
Dr K was awesome and personable. She listened and was gentle. She took the time to go over blood work needed and other diagnostic testing that will need to take place for my health care needs. Dr. Kumaravel always greet you with a warm smile. Dr. Kumaravel always listen to my concerns and takes them into account when giving medical recommendations.
My experience was the best. My PCP sent me to her three years ago for a colonoscopy. This was my first time and she explained the procedure and left me with confidence that she knew her business. So this time my PCP sent me to her to check my elevated liver enzymes. Again she answered all my questions. I would recommend her with confidence to anyone.
The staff is so busy that they barely pay attention to manners. Dr. K was nice and polite. She explained why I needed certain procedures. I told her I would not do it this year since it is just a check based on statistics. She said ok but the office will call you anyway and you can say that you don’t want to do it. They called and they sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I don’t understand why they created all that inconvenience if I said I would not have the procedure this year.
Dr Kumaravel and her staff provided excellent care. I received biopsy results in 3 days. I will definitely recommend Dr Kumaravel.
She was reassuring after finding a cancerous colon tumor and said that the lymph nodes did not seemed to be involved.
