I always wondered why some physicians are booked solid for months, while others are available with a day's notice. When I couldn't see my PCP, who had no appointments for a month, I got an appointment with Dr. Balu, who was the first physician available in a couple of days. I now understand that this difference is not arbitrary...
Dr. Balu is an exceptional physician . She is polite, knowledgeable and kind . I feel lucky to be her patient.
