Very happy with the customer service received from Karen on each occasion we visited the showroom. She is very knowledgeable on all the products and was able to capably guide us with selections.

Thanks to Kathy and Rick, our experience with Arthaus was great. We chose the Villeroy and Boch products and are very pleased with the outcome. When we had a couple of issues with one of the products, the team were ever so helpful to get that resolved. Recommend Arthaus for sure.
