How impressed I am with Arthaus Bathroom & Kitchen..... particularly Kathy Hampel in the Brisbane Showroom. Kathy assisted me on a project that was 2 bathrooms, one kitchen and laundry in an apartment. Kathy's knowledge on all products is second to none. She has a delightful manner, polite, helpful and very informative and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the customer service received from Karen on each occasion we visited the showroom. She is very knowledgeable on all the products and was able to capably guide us with selections.

Thanks to Kathy and Rick, our experience with Arthaus was great. We chose the Villeroy and Boch products and are very pleased with the outcome. When we had a couple of issues with one of the products, the team were ever so helpful to get that resolved. Recommend Arthaus for sure.
